This is the second day’s schedule:

– BURNT (Cora Panizza, Las Palmas)
“Burnt” is a short piece inspired in those external restrictions we are exposed to since we are born. Since we are conditioned, we become someone we are not in fact. This piece shows the transition from conditionings to awaiking to consciousness, ourselves and the surroundings. An arousal not only to our identity but to the World as well.

– YI-HA (Los Moñekos, Catalonia)
“YI-HA” breaks through a dusty road to the tough and dry life in the far, old, wild West. Who knows where the way goes, go figure ! Two on the road, the sinful road. Story about two that complement each other, one is nothing without the other, but they must kill each other. They cannot life with or without each other. Hi and bye, and that´s the end of the story (people are soon forgotten …)

– LEAR´S DAUGHTERS (The Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy Of Dramatic Art In Warsaw, Poland)
“Lear’s Daughters” predicts events in Shakespeare’s tragedy and suggest a different way of interpreting the form. It changes the way we think about the tragedy of Shakespeare, challenging tradition of Lear’s perception as a victim.
In the center of the action are Goneril, Regan, Cordelia and the Fool.
The theme of the play is the relationship between the sisters and the father and mother. Sisters in a veiled way suggest the attitude of Lear as a chronically absent father and withdrawn from family life of the mother. A fairy tale convention of the performance functions as a way of presenting painful and difficult subjects.
