Documental: “Hemen right now”:
In February 2016, Afro-American activist Angela Davis visited the Basque Country. One of the most important feminist figures in the Prison Abolition Movement, Angela’s presentation was a very powerful contribution calling for the end of the penal system, generating in a country like ours, a debate regarding the existence of jails. This documentary not only shows the input of her four-day visit but also the thoughts and reflections on abolitionism by Basque activists from different fields.
